    Position Overview:


    We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead React Developer with strong expertise in Python to join our dynamic team.

    As the Lead React Developer, you will play a crucial role in leading the front-end development efforts and integrating them seamlessly with our Python backend infrastructure.

    You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable web applications.

    Key Lead the front-end development team in creating responsive and intuitive user interfaces using


    • Collaborate with backend developers to design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
    • Architect efficient and reusable frontend systems and components for maximum performance and scalability.
    • Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding best practices and standards within the team.
    • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring crossbrowser compatibility.
    • Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into fully functional user interfaces.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on
    • 5+ years of experience in Python development, including frameworks such as Django or Flask.
    • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend build tools such as Webpack.
    • Experience with version control systems such as Git and code collaboration platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
    • Solid understanding of responsive design principles, crossbrowser compatibility, and web accessibility standards.
    • Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
    • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
    • Proven track record of delivering highquality software solutions on time and within budget.

    Good to have Skills:

    • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
    • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
    • Understanding of GraphQL and experience in implementing GraphQL APIs.
