    RMO MBBS Doctor (FemaleOnly)

    Overview:

    The roleof the RMO MBBS Doctor (Female Only) is essential in providingprimary care and medical services within the healthcare facilityensuring the wellbeing and appropriate treatment ofpatients.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Conducting medicalassessments and examinations.
    • Diagnosingillnesses and prescribing appropriatetreatment.
    • Providing emergency medical care andfirst aid as needed.
    • Monitoring patientprogress and adjusting treatmentplans.
    • Assisting in surgical procedures andpostoperative care.
    • Collaborating withspecialists and consultants on patientcare.
    • Managing medical records anddocumentation.
    • Participating in educational andtraining programs as required.
    • Ensuringcompliance with medical standards andregulations.
    • Providing guidance and support tonursing staff.
    • Participating in departmentalmeetings and case discussions.
    • Engaging incontinuous professionaldevelopment.
    • Participating in qualityimprovement initiatives.
    • Conducting patienteducation and counseling.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • MBBS degree from arecognized institution.
    • Valid medical licenseand registration.
    • Minimum 2 years of clinicalexperience.
    • Strong knowledge of emergencymedicine and patient care.
    • Proficient inmedical diagnosis and treatmentplanning.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Ability to workeffectively in a multidisciplinary team.
    • Strongorganizational and time managementabilities.
    • Sound clinical judgment anddecisionmaking skills.
    • Commitment to patientadvocacy and ethical practice.
    • Ability toremain calm and focused in highpressuresituations.
    • Familiarity with electronic medicalrecords systems.
