Area Chef Job Description
Strong Knowledge for Indian Kitchen
Role Overview:
An area chef plays a crucial role in overseeing culinary operations across multiple locations within a restaurant chain.
They are responsible for maintaining food quality, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring efficient food production.
Key Responsibilities:
Culinary Expertise:
Prepare and cook meals according to customer orders.
Maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
Kitchen Management:
Order supplies, manage inventory, and adjust menus based on availability.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
Monitor food costs and minimize wastage.
Leadership and Supervision:
Lead kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and maintain a positive work environment.
Recruit, train, and evaluate cooks.
Set performance standards and enforce kitchen protocols.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Commie 1 or CDP.
Strong leadership skills and ability to adapt to changing demands
Pay:
₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
