Job Title: Senior Business Analyst, Analytics

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time

Prior Experience: About 3 years

Job Description:

As the Senior Business Analyst in the Analytics team, you will be a key part of our team that will work with product and analytics leaders to solve key business problems with data.

Responsibilities:

Single source of truth: Own the data that represents single source of truth in your business area
Reporting and dashboarding: Establish analytics reporting mechanisms to ensure timely tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), presented aesthetically in dashboards
Insights and business recommendations: Lead analytics projects and conduct in-depth analyses to extract insights from data, developing analytical frameworks and presentations
Advanced analytics: Utilize advanced analytics techniques to facilitate informed decision-making processes
Collaboration with business: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand the key business problems and define their analytical solutions
Co-own business success: Co-own product and business objectives towards success

Requirements:

Experience: 3 years of professional experience in the field of Analytics
Analytical proficiency: Strong analytical aptitude and deep understanding of product dynamics
Technical skills:
Proficiency in descriptive and predictive analytics
Expertise in SQL and Python/R for data manipulation and analysis
Familiarity with Reporting and Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, Looker, etc
Knowledge of data architecture and data engineering pipelines is advantageous
Self-starter: Proactively identify opportunities and take the initiative to address them without constant supervision
High Ownership: Ensure delivery with high quality and within the designated timelines
