Responsibilities:
Be responsible of achievinghis or her sales targets though directtoconsumers (D2C)channels
Acquire leads andcontracts
Examine salesrelated datapropose and implement countermeasures to hit thetargets
Provide counseling tocustomers at the clinic or as a part ofhomeservice
Collaborate with other teamsin thecompany
Implement any relatedactivities including sales marketing and PRactivities
Follow up on sales inquiriesthat are made by potential customers through websites chats e mailsand socialmedia
Advising customers onsuitable products and services as per their needs andspecifications.
Actively sourcing new salesopportunities through cold calling andEmailing
Requirements
Asuccessful candidate willhave:
Bachelor sdegree
A minimum of 1 year of work experience in businesstoconsumer salesor in online D2C inbound salesactivities
Working experience as an inside sales representative in startupcompaniesorhealthcare related companies orclinics
Proficiency in speaking and writing in English Hindi andTelugu
Acertificate in P&O field is a significantadvantage
Experience in using CRM software is aplus
Experience in marketing and PR is aplus
Willingness and flexibility to do other tasks besides thosementionedabove
Experience with Ed. Tech. firms like Byju s and Work Ex of sales incall centers will be an addedadvantage.
