Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch, including customer service, Retail sales, Anchor sales, business loan sales, collections and employee management

Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to ensure high performance and productivity

Sourcing Invoice finance cases for the assigned territory using the sales team.

Enrol local DSA/connectors for sourcing business loans /Invoice Finance cases

Overlook collections team to maintain the desired collection resolution.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local brand teams, distributors, and all stakeholders

Monitor and analyse branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies

Manage branch budget, controlling costs, and optimizing resource allocation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and innovation

Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competition in the financial services sector

Provide reports and regular updates to senior management on branch performance, achievements, and challenges.

Requirements:

Graduate qualification is mandatory (post-graduation is a plus)

Strong communication skills (English, Hindi & Regional Language)

Excellent interpersonal skills

Effective problem-solving and negotiation abilities

Capacity to work independently and collaboratively

Driven to achieve targets and meet strict deadlines

Involves extensive fieldwork

Possesses a valid driver's license and personal transportation
