Regulatory Compliance Executive

**Job Purpose
To ensure ground implementation/ adherence of all regulatory compliances as per defined SOP and guidelines received from Corporate/ Circle. Extend support to all CS business users in understanding compliance requirements. Conduct audits of regulatory processes as per defined guidelines and publish compliance reports.

**Key Result Areas/ Accountabilities

  • Timely submission of regulatory reports and ensuring accuracy of reports through proper validation
  • Conduct corp mandated process audits within specified timeframes
  • Ensure timely closure of NC points and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Ensure compliance on all mandatory communications, CAG workshops, CAG appointments, and other adhoc regulatory requirement
  • Completion of M&B audit and timely closure of observations if any
  • Analyse & Monitor CS spends
**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • Strong knowledge of system & Processes
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Ability to work across teams
**Must have technical / professional qualifications
Graduate/ Preferred MBA woth 5-7 years of Telecom experience in Customer service role

Basic Knowledge of Excel and Access

Compliance on QOS Parameters

Timely Completion of Audits and 100% NC closures
