    We are looking for a Digital Marketing Consultant with excellent English skills to join our team. You will play a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts across various channels, assisting with campaigns, content creation, social media engagement, and interacting with clients and partners. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of a leading company in the HR tech space.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media platforms, website content, and client communications.
    • Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, social media posts, press releases, and client-facing materials.
    • Manage and engage with our social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, responding to inquiries, fostering community engagement, and maintaining a positive online presence.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
    • Support with event planning and execution, including industry conferences, webinars, customer workshops, and client meetings.
    • Assist with the maintenance and update of our website and marketing materials.
    • Perform administrative tasks related to marketing initiatives, including data entry, reporting, project management, and client communication.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing, social media, and communication.
    • Proactively identify and implement new marketing strategies and initiatives.
    • Contribute to building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (freshers welcome).
    • Exceptional English-speaking skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools, and project management software.
    • Passion for technology and innovation, with a strong interest in the HR tech industry.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
