Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospects from provided lead lists and generate new business opportunities.
Introduce products/services to potential customers, explain their benefits, and answer inquiries.
Identify and qualify sales leads based on specified criteria and set up appointments for the sales team.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and call volume.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all call activity in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement telemarketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the effectiveness of telemarketing strategies.
Assist in the development of sales scripts, call guides, and telemarketing materials.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills with the ability to build rapport with prospects.
Strong telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Resultoriented, selfmotivated, and able to handle rejection positively.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
