Job Title:
Customer Service Representative( International Voice Process)


Location:
Pune


  • We are currently seeking a motivated and customerfocused individual to join our customer service
- team at Travel Inc. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers
- with their travel-related inquiries and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

- various travel-related inquiries, including booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.

  • Provide Assistance: Assist customers with making or modifying reservations, processing payments,
- issuing refunds, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.

  • Offer Recommendations: Offer personalized recommendations and advice to customers based on their
- travel preferences, budget, and needs.

  • Resolve Problems: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, including billing discrepancies, itinerary
- changes, flight delays, and other travel-related issues, in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure that every interaction with customers is handled professionally,
- courteously, and with a focus on providing the best possible service.

  • Stay Updated: Keep uptodate with changes in travel policies, procedures, and industry trends to
- provide accurate information and advice to customers.

  • Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, customer
- satisfaction scores, and quality assurance standards.


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience of Minimum 1 Year in International BPO into customer service is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary:
₹100, ₹500,000.66 per month
