Description
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information in Hindi over the phone.
Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions and upsell products when appropriate.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies when assisting customers.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.
Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi & English with a clear and pleasant voice.
Excellent listening skills and ability to understand customer needs and concerns.
Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and empathy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for customer satisfaction.
Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Qualification:
SSLC passed/PUC/Graduation (Freshers Most Preferred)
Age criteria: 18 To 30 years
Salary:
₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month
