    About The/Nudge: The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all. We are a collective of some of India's best leaders and entrepreneurs from across industry, academia, government, and development sectors, and our work is organized across three impact streams:
    • Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): enables underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives
    • Centre for Rural Development (CRD): enables rural families to come out of extreme poverty
    • Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): nudges top talent to solve India's biggest challenges
    At The/Nudge you will:
    • identify the talent requirements for various teams at The/Nudge and build a thorough understanding of the ideal candidature for the roles
    • identify and mobilize avenues which will help us source high-potential talent
    • understand the hiring principles/framework of The/Nudge and will implement the hiring process for the candidates
    • lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts for a set of roles assigned to you (managing application tracking system, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening high potential candidates, interviewing, coordinating interviews with other panelists, rolling out offers, etc.)
    • build, maintain and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • support in developing/optimizing processes to make the hiring process purposeful and efficient
    • design and drive critical projects which will enable us to hire outstanding talent for the organization
    • lead and manage recruiters
    Apply if you have:
    • at least 7 to 10 years of work experience in front-end/client-facing roles
    • a bachelor's degree in any subject
    • passion towards bringing in and developing great talent for an organization
    • a strong outcome orientation and the ability to drive critical results within specific timelines
    • creative thinking abilities to bring continuous development/innovation to optimize processes and to create the best experience for candidates
    • exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • the ability to work both independently and in a team, when required
