Description
Responsibilities-
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Promote company's reputation as "best place to work".
Skill sets/Experience we require:
years of proven work experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiting coordinator.
- Hands on experience with various selection processes like telephonic interviews and reference checks.
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews i.e., structured, competency based & behavioral interviews.
- Ability to prioritize and complete hiring within deadlines.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced in real estate is an added advantage for both technical & nontechnical.
- Location preference
- Whitefield, Bangalore.
Pedigree:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications in Human Resources or Organization Development.
- Active participation in HR communities like SHRM/NHRD.
