    Job Overview

    We are looking for a Junior Super Market Billing professional with 1 to 3 years of experience . As a Super Market Billing, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, managing billing processes, and ensuring smooth operations at the checkout counters. This is a full-time position based in Cochin, Kerala, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in cash handling and billing
    • Experience in supermarket billing is preferred
    • Strong numerical and attention to detail skills
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
    • Flexible to work in shifts
    • Basic computer skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
    • Manage billing processes and ensure all items are scanned and priced correctly
    • Provide excellent customer service at the checkout counters
    • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and refunds
    • Collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
