    Position: GIS Analyst

    Job Description:

    As a POD Lead/Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and initiatives. Your role involves providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, fostering collaboration, and driving performance excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve project objectives and meet client expectations.

    Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members, ensuring clarity on roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

    Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting communication, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.

    Drive performance excellence by setting clear goals and expectations, monitoring progress, and providing feedback and coaching to team members.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, scope, and timelines, and ensure alignment with team capabilities and resources.

    Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.

    Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies impacting project delivery, and develop contingency plans as needed.

    Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the team's work, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

    Serve as a point of escalation for project-related issues and concerns, and facilitate resolution in a timely manner.

    Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and professionalism within the team, adhering to organizational policies and standards.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

    Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry or domain.

    Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to motivate and inspire team members, foster collaboration, and build strong working relationships.

    Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving objectives.

    Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.

    Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies used within the team or domain.

    Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

    Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
