- Ensure that the qualityof services is maintained as per the standardsset.
- Ensure that the definedparameters for opening of a new account are met in terms ofdocuments collected IPcheque.
- Ensure that the team membersare properly guided on adherence to the requirements as per the KYCnorms as prescribed by RBI and satisfy that these are satisfiedbefore forwarding the Account Opening Forms to RPCs forprocessing
- Graduatepreferably ManagementGraduate
- Shouldhave salesorientation
- Leadershipskills (Though more tactical thanstrategic).
- Needcandidates only from Banking background that too from CASAbackground.
- Currentctc should not be less than 5 Lac to have better qualityprofile.
