Trainer
Job Summary:
The BPO Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment.
The BPO Trainer will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the training programs align with organizational goals and meet the needs of employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
Identify training needs through assessment and analysis of employee performance and organizational goals. Design and develop training curriculum, materials, and resources for various BPO functions and processes.
Incorporate best practices and industry trends into training programs to enhance effectiveness and relevance.
Training Delivery:
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and existing employees, both in a classroom setting and through virtual platforms.
Deliver training on topics such as product knowledge, customer service, communication skills, process workflows, and system usage.Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and multimedia tools to ensure effective learning and retention.
Training Evaluation and Feedback:
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to training content and delivery methods.
Training Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, assessment scores, and training evaluations. Generate reports on training effectiveness,
participant performance, and training-related metrics.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on the progress and impact of training initiatives
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with HR department to coordinate onboarding and continuous learning initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements relevant to the BPO industry.
Salary:
Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Diploma (preferred)
Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
