We are hiring for US Voice Process in Banking Domain ( inbound process ).

Qualification:
-
Under Graduate/Graduate with min 6 months exp. in same domain.

Should be open for night shift. No cab facility will be provided.

5 days working.

Salary - 50k CTC

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze chargeback cases and identify potential fraudulent transactions based on provided documentation and information.
Investigate suspicious activities and gather evidence to support fraud claims.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve chargeback disputes and mitigate fraud risk.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify patterns and trends related to fraudulent activities.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation regarding fraud cases for internal and external stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices related to chargeback processing and fraud prevention.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the chargeback process.
Meet productivity and quality targets as per the defined metrics.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of relevant experience as a Chargeback or Fraud Analyst in the banking sector (US/UK process).
Strong understanding of chargeback processes, fraud prevention techniques, and banking regulations.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
