    RoleSummary: We are seeking aTalent Acquisition Specialist who excels in executive andleadership hiring.     • FullSpectrum Recruitment: Manage recruitment forpositions ranging from entrylevel to senior managementdemonstrating flexibility and adaptability in yourapproach.
    • StrategicSourcing: Proactively discover and engage potentialcandidates through various channels ensuring a robust pipeline forcurrent and futureneeds.
    • StakeholderEngagement: Collaborate closely with seniormanagement to understand hiring requirements and provide strategicguidance on candidateselection.
    • Interview andAssessment: Conduct interviews and assessmentsevaluating candidates against high standards and managing theselection processefficiently.
    • OfferManagement: Negotiate and extend job offersfacilitating the seamless integration of new hires into theorganization.
    • Talent PoolDevelopment: Build and maintain a talent pool forvarious roles focusing on highdemand positions and executivetalent.
    • RecruitmentAnalytics: Monitor and report on recruitment metricsusing data to refine and enhance hiringstrategies.
