    Summary

    The ideal candidate will be carrying out following responsibilities and work as a

    Talent Acquisition Specialist. This position is open for Bangalore location.

    Responsibilities

    • Experience in End to End recruitment and majorly in Volume & Niche hiring in Oil and Gas or relevant industry
    • Excellent Communication skills and stake holder management
    • Source and screen candidates by using databases, extensive experience in using Naukri, LinkedIn job portals
    • Work with hiring managers to understand job briefing regarding open requirements. Ability to handle escalations
    • Good attitude to learn and executive the hiring process.
    • Constant Head-hunting across wide networks and build a candidate pipeline.
    • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
    • Responsible for the day-to-day management of direct reports, their development and growth in the function
    • Maintaining individual trackers and update in recruitment database using MS excel
    • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude.

    Technical Skills & Requirements

    • MBA in HR or relevant preferred
    • 5-15 years of experience in End to End Recruitment
    • MS Excel, PowerBI
