Job Description:


Responsibilities for IAM Architect**- Provide Subject-matter expertise across all IAM Topics as it relates to both cloud and on-premises enterprise technology, and the relationship between the architecture patterns.

  • Provide architectural and best practices leadership related to the implementation of Cybersecurity controls in AppSec and Identity and Access management (IAM) domains.
  • This role will have a longterm goal of creating and curating a team to support the need of IAM.
  • Constructing and operating an entitlement request/review platform and ensuring we have a consistent approach to authentication and authorization across our systems and data.
  • Responsible for the initiation of a multifaceted IAM program that governs provisioning, access, single signon (SSO), directory services and technical integrations, as well as supporting behavioral analytics.
  • Work closely with Developers to ensure proper IAM practices are followed and implemented.
  • In tandem with business units, support business metrics associated with IAM initiatives.
  • Align operational policies and procedures in tandem with business leaders and technology partners.
  • Be your own Project Manager and be able to work across the organization with your peers and management.
  • Construct and carry out a strategic vision for rigorous and scalable IAM controls with key performance indicators.

Qualifications for IAM Architect**- The Identity Access Management Architect requires leadership and team management skills, along with deep technical expertise.

  • Highly technical and analytical, with a proven deep background in IAM technology design, implementation, and delivery.
  • Experience in IAM solutions both onpremises and in the cloud and is expected to be an expert in Authentication and Authorization.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in Information Security and/or Identity and Access management.
  • Minimum 7 years of security architecture knowledge and experience.
  • Extensive experience with IAM concepts including CIAM, Privilege IAM, Identity governance, provisioning, user lifecycle operations.
  • Experience with multiple directory services (AD-ADFS, EntraID Azure AD, Auth0).
  • Experience with Identity Federation using SAML 2.0, OAUTH
  • Experience with API security, user authentication protocols, SAML, OAUTH/OIDC2.0
  • Experience with Azure AD identity Management & Configure Azure AD SSO using Modern auth protocolsSAML, OAUTH
  • Demonstrated knowledge of modern identity and access management concepts and best practices, such as privileged user accounts, leastprivileged access model, segregation of duties, etc.
  • Experience working with any of the major SaaS IAM products.
  • Strong experience with common web access management domain related skills (e.g., understanding the concepts of cookies, sessions, header / cookie variables, HTTP traffic flow / analysis, etc.)
  • Knowledge on Rest/SOAP based API's & ability to develop new APIs as required.
  • Working experience with SCIM and knowledge of modern authentication standards such as WebAuth & FIDO
  • Clear and accurate in the verbal and written communication, can follow directions and provides useful feedback.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Strong teamoriented interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with a broad range of people and roles.
  • Ability to work across multiple team settings and collaborate in the deployment of IAM technologies and processes.
  • Familiarity with security industry standards (ISO 17799, NIST 800 series, etc.) and best practices.
