    OVERVIEW

    The Team Lead will be responsible for providing daily support to project managers and assistant project managers with care of quality and timeliness of document review projects. Responsible for implementing project workflows and reporting daily progress of the review to the managers. Partner with team to build relationships and solves day to day subject matter related team queries. Identifies potential project problem areas and share proposed solutions to those problems in advance.

    DESCRIPTION

    • Conducting initial review and quality checks for relevance and privilege on document review projects for esteemed clients and complex cases
    • Assist in developing, implementing, and enhancing project workflows and quality control techniques
    • Manage changes in work scope and offer consistent guidance and feedback to team members
    • Ability to comprehend intricate subject matters and willing to work on multiple projects
    • Proficiency in formulating document-specific and general queries to seek guidance from clients/counsels
    • Serve as a bridge between the project team and project managers throughout the project's life cycle
    • Apply strong analytical skills to explore potential solutions and decide on the appropriate actions
    • Ensure tasks are completed in line with client and industry standards, meeting specifications and deadlines
    • Optimize team workload for profitability and quality maintenance
    • Perform advanced searches and generate search term reports
    • Establish and manage quality control trackers
    • Emphasize accuracy and a 'right the first time' approach to prevent rework
    • Contribute to internal communication for enhancing department-level processes
    • Proficient in handling Relativity and other document review platforms
    • Execute additional tasks or assignments as necessary

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Minimum of 4 years experience in eDiscovery Document Review
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential
    • Flexible for overtime, including evenings and weekends if required
    • Accessible via phone or email when away from the office as necessary
    • Capability to perform effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
    • Adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks based on urgency and deadlines
    • Collaborative team player fostering a positive team environment
