    What will you do:
    In this role, you will work with a motivated team to drive conversions for programs.


    Your job responsibilities will include:
    Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basisIdentify need of prospects & recommend them prospects for programs through outbound callsClose sales over the phone by demonstrating the value of our productsBuild and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-upStay up to date on industry trends and new product offerings


    CTC:
    5-7.5LPA fixed


    Plus incentiveCompetencies:
