    Strong experience on following Tech Stack :

    • NodeJS
    • ReactJS
    • AWS Cloud
    • Python (would be added advantage)

    Position Overview :
    We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Engineering to lead our talented engineering team.

    The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a deep technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of building and delivering successful software products.

    As the Head of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement.


    Responsibilities :

    Technical Leadership :

    • Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to the engineering team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
    • Drive the architecture, design, and development of scalable, highperformance software solutions using NodeJS, ReactJS, AWS Cloud, and potentially Python.
    • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into the technical roadmap.

    Team Management and Development :

    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product management and design, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
    • Conduct regular performance assessments, provide constructive feedback, and create opportunities for skill development.

    Project and Product Delivery :

    • Oversee the endtoend development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring ontime and highquality delivery of software products.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements, and manage resource allocation accordingly.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

    Technical Excellence :

    • Champion coding standards, best practices, and engineering methodologies to maintain code quality, reliability, and scalability.
    • Lead code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decisionmaking processes.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging engineers to explore new technologies and approaches.

    Collaboration and Communication :

    • Communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding of technical initiatives and challenges.
    • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align engineering efforts with overall company objectives and business strategies.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
    • 12 years of handson experience in software development, with a strong foundation in NodeJS and ReactJS.
    Experience with Python is a plus.

    • 10 years of experience in technical leadership and people management, preferably in a fastpaced, technologydriven environment.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering software products and projects from conception to deployment.
    • Expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and a solid understanding of modern software architecture principles.
    • Strong problemsolving skills, ability to make informed decisions, and adept at managing competing priorities.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and levels of the organization.
