- Delivering engineering infrastructure and product launches of significant complexity that have broad crossorganizational, customer impact
- Ability to architect, design, and code yourself. Technical experience in building and operating webbased applications.
- You will be responsible for mentoring the engineering team comprising of Engineering Managers, Leads, Backend and Frontend Developers, and Quality Assurance professionals.
- Collaborating closely closely with product managers, client services, designers, engineering leaders, and stakeholders in other departments.
- Deep understanding of all layers of the webstack work (from the client interface to the database). Knowledge of multiple technology stacks/languages/tools and their pros/cons.
- Consistently bring strong, datadriven business and technical judgment to decisions.
- 12+ years of experience to take software products from inception to customer delivery
- 46 years Product/Program/Engineering Management experience in digital advertising, search, eCommerce, or web technologyrelated industry. B2B/ SaaS Product company experience can be a dealmaker.
- A demonstrated track record of leading a medium to largescale program, demonstrating multifunctional skills to make it successful
- Analytical and able to create sound business arguments backed up by data
- Ability to lead and influence across different organizations and align diverse teams to a common goal
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities: must effectively communicate with technical and nontechnical people
- Demonstrated ability for being detailoriented, selfmotivated, and driving followthrough
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary
- Experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Optimization is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
