    Description

    About the internship:

    Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

    1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

    2. Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

    3. Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, training programs, and policy development.

    4. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing documents, organizing files, and preparing HR-related correspondence.

    5. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

    6. Support employee relations activities, including coordinating employee events and activities.

    7. Stay up-to-date on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
