    Location: ChennaiBangaloreHyderabad andPune

    CompanyDescription:

    Our Client is aleading provider of IT services and solutions specializing in theimplementation and optimization of ServiceNow platforms and focusedon the telecommunications industry. They are seeking a Scrum Masterand lead agile projects focused on delivering exceptionalServiceNow solutions for our clients.

    RoleOverview:

    As a Scrum Master youwill be responsible for guiding and coaching agile teams in thesuccessful delivery of ServiceNow projects. You will collaborateclosely with crossfunctional teams stakeholders and Product Ownersto ensure the effective application of Scrum methodologies and thetimely delivery of highquality solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    Facilitate and lead Scrumceremonies including daily standups sprint planning sprint reviewsand retrospectives.

    Coach and mentor agile teamsin the adoption of Scrum practices ensuring a clear understandingof roles responsibilities and processes.

    Removeimpediments and blockers that hinder the progress of the teamcollaborating with stakeholders to find timely solutions.

    Maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog workingclosely with Product Owners to define user stories and acceptancecriteria.

    Ensure transparency and visibility ofproject progress through the use of Scrum artifacts such as SprintBacklogs Burndown Charts and Release Plans.

    Foster a collaborative and highperforming team cultureencouraging continuous improvement and innovation.

    Act as a servant leader empowering team members to takeownership of their work and make datadriven decisions.

    Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and project teams tomanage dependencies and optimize resource allocation.

    Keep abreast of industry best practices and trends inagile methodologies contributing to the evolution of our agilepractices.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in ComputerScience Engineering Business or related field.

    Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certificationrequired.

    Proven experience as a Scrum Master inServiceNow or similar IT projects.

    Indepthunderstanding of agile principles values and frameworks (ScrumKanban etc.).

    Strong knowledge of ServiceNowplatform functionalities and configurations.

    Excellent communication facilitation and interpersonalskills.

    Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment with changing priorities.

    Experiencein coaching and mentoring teams to achieve high levels ofperformance.

    Demonstrated problemsolving skillsand the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.

    Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is aplus.
