What You'll Do on a Typical Day:

Disburse global payments on a daily/weekly basis in Trax and Bank portals
Action Bulk payment uploads in payment / bank portals
Clearance of open Bank/GL transactions Reconciliations
preparation and upload in Blackline
Monthly Accrual Reporting
Produce Team Performance Analysis
Act as Team Lead backup in Team Lead absence
Process Corporate card payments
Manage cashflow by "holding" payments
Monitor / Research payment rejections, taking corrective action as applicable
Process FX payments
Perform Disbursements data analysis and provide reports to various stakeholders
Perform accounting activities in NetSuite
Provide Audit Support
Manage queries from vendors and internal customers within SLA timelines
Establish and maintain clear lines of communication with internal / external customers at all levels.
Continuous focus on process improvements opportunities
Assist Manager in projects related Tasks.
Possess excellent excel skills

What We're Looking For:

Graduate with 6 years of experience in Disbursement
Strong stakeholder as well as vendor management
