    MarkeTopper Securities (P) Ltd is an algorithmic Investment Research firm. We combine advanced computation technologies and research analytics to develop trading strategies that enable us to consistently generate superior risk adjusted returns on funds employed. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a talented Research Analyst with expertise in optimization techniques to join our team in Gurgaon. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills to solve complex problems in the financial markets.

    Responsibilities:

    · Develop optimization tools applicable to trading systems and portfolio management.

    Requirements:

    · Post-graduate degree or Ph.D. in Operations Research or a related field.

    · Specialization in optimization techniques.

    · Demonstrated experience in quantitative research, including data analysis, statistical modelling, and hypothesis testing.

    · Strong programming skills.

    · Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

    · 2-3 years of relevant work experience in data analytics.

    · Prior experience working in a collaborative team environment.
