- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of HR practices and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct employee onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws
- Administer payroll activities and ensure accurate and timely processing
- Manage employee benefits programs and provide support for inquiries
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and recommend improvements

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd.
