    Description
    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for generating the results of experience studies and suggesting assumptions
    • Comprehend and analyze the necessary data for conducting the studies
    • Offer detailed explanations and analysis of results to key stakeholders through written reports
    • Evaluate the effects of changing assumptions
    • Assist in defining and validating new methodologies and models for both current and upcoming studies
    • Engage proactively with other teams like the modeling and analysis teams to ensure alignment of experience studies with the relevant products being modeled
    • Improve the experience studies process, particularly addressing any past limitations
    • Handle change requests in the experience studies authorized by the chief actuary
