    Job Overview

    We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Civil Construction to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful completion of construction projects. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in civil construction.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the civil construction industry.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
    • Sound understanding of safety and quality standards.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Valid professional certification in project management is a plus.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, including timeline, budget, resources, and quality control.
    • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
    • Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
    • Manage and supervise construction teams, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
    • Evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing their performance.
    • Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and legal requirements.
    • Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction work and provide guidance and feedback to the team.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in civil construction.
