Role Summary:
As a sales trainer, you will be responsible to conduct transactional audits for our sales process to ensure that the correct measures have been followed to close a lead.
You will be the one who will help us in developing and implementing the quality assurance program for our tele calling team.
You will work closely with the team(s) to share the audit-based insights and feedback.You will be part of continuous improvement programs and will ensure consistency throughout the processes with the implementation of Six Sigma & Lean methodologies.

Key Deliverables:

Sales Training
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales representatives, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and customer service skills.
Utilize various training methods, including workshops, role-playing exercises, online modules, and one-on-one coaching sessions, to enhance the capabilities of the sales team.

Quality Assurance:
Establish and maintain quality standards for sales interactions, ensuring consistency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Develop quality assurance protocols and scoring mechanisms to measure the performance of sales representatives and identify opportunities for development.

Performance Monitoring:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales productivity, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and other metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement.
Collaborate with sales managers to develop action plans for underperforming sales representatives and provide additional training and support as necessary.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, content covered, and feedback received from participants.
Generate regular reports on sales performance and quality assurance findings, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to sales training and quality assurance.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement within the sales department and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.
Key Competencies:
- Proven experience in sales training and/or quality assurance roles, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
- Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
