    Description

    Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

    Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expertise in HR-related matters to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment

    Responsibilities:

    Serve as the main point of contact for all employee-related concerns within the CEO's office.

    Address employee issues, queries, and complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

    Act as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate open communication and resolve conflicts.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a business partner or advisory role.


    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.


    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.


    • Proven ability to drive results and influence change in a fast-paced environment.


    • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
