    Business Development Associate (Entry Level)

    K3-Innovations, Inc.

    Hyderabad, Telangana, India (On-site)

    Shift Timings - Night Shift (US Timings)

    • **Role and Responsibility:**
    • Persistently search for new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and social media.
    • Qualify leads, engage with key decision makers, and generate interest in our services.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales departments to align strategies and update the sales pipeline.
    • Assist the sales team by arranging meetings and appointments.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by providing regular updates and insights about our company.
    • Manage and enhance our contact database by entering and updating information in the CRM system.
    • Participate in a high volume of calls daily to engage with prospects.
    • Identify market trends, challenges, and areas for improvement through consultative interactions.
    • **Qualifications:**
    • Bachelor's degree/MBA or relevant sales experience.
    • 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry.
    • Demonstrated track record of measurable sales achievements.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with clients.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
