    Job Description :
    We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Real Estate Analyst to join our dynamic team.

    The Lead Analyst will play a pivotal role in conducting in-depth research, analyzing market trends, and providing valuable insights on the Real Estate sector.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Real Estate research and a proven track record of delivering high-quality analysis and Lead and oversee research initiatives focused on Real Estate sector.


    • Conduct thorough analysis of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics impacting Real Estate companies.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the performance and valuation of companies.
    • Generate actionable investment recommendations based on your analysis and insights.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including asset managers, pension funds, and private equity firms.
    • Collaborate with other team members to produce research reports, presentations, and market updates.
    • Stay abreast of macroeconomic trends, geopolitical events, and technological advancements relevant to Real Estate sector.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, helping them develop their skills and expertise in Real Estate Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure research or investment analysis, preferably in a sell-side or buy-side environment.
    • Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and statistical analysis.
    • Deep understanding of infrastructure sectors and sub-sectors, including key drivers, risks, and investment opportunities.
    • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients and industry stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise insights.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet).
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring and developing junior team members.
