    Description

    About the Role :


    In this leadership role, you will leverage your in-depth technical expertise and experience in service delivery to lead a team of engineers in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

    You will be responsible for the entire service lifecycle, from pre-sales engagement to ongoing maintenance and support.


    Responsibilities :

    • Lead and manage a team of engineers in the Service Delivery team
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure successful project execution
    • Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) for assigned technologies and services
    • Collaborate with presales teams to develop technical proposals and solutions
    • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and design customized service solutions
    • Oversee the implementation and deployment of services, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards
    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
    • Proactively identify and resolve service issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring client satisfaction
    • Develop and implement processes for continuous improvement within the Service Delivery team
    • Stay uptodate on the latest technologies and trends relevant to the services offered
    • Contribute to the development and knowledge sharing within the team

    Requirements :

    • 58 years of experience as a Service Delivery Engineer or a related role
    • Proven track record of leading and managing technical teams
    • Strong technical expertise in the technologies and services offered by the company (specify technologies relevant to your company)
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
    • Problemsolving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
    • Strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
    • Experience in developing and implementing service delivery processes (a plus)
    • Project management experience (a plus)
