    Job function:
    Art/Creative

    Design Experience:
     ●Should have 5+ years of experience specifically working in K12 publishingindustries and should be acumen with the
    subject
    • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite eg. Photoshop, Illustrator,AfterEffects, Animate
    ●The candidate should have very strong conceptual skills andsuperior hands-on design skills in graphics and
    interactive projects, UIdesign, mobile, with a constant focus on exploring and updating yourself withemerging creative trends.
    • Hands-on motion/animation experience.
    • Generate ideas and concepts that are clear, communicative, andvisually engaging
    ●Proficiency in Visual Design and its principles (Typography,Composition, Scale, and Color Theory amongst others,
    etc)
    • Collaborate with a cross-functional team - ID, Animator, Vendor,PM, Design team
    ●Strong communication skills

    Production Task &Responsibilities
    :


    • VSB Creation for Video animation
    • Team Coordination
    • Course Creation in Articulate Rise (LM will provide training)
    Collaborate with other designers to create designs. Iterate throughdesign feedback from internal team and
    customers.
    • Find reasonable design solutions, produce detailed visual mocks,and work with developers to build them.
    • Actively look for opportunities to improve the product ininnovative ways.
    ●Understand the technical limitations behind your design decisionsand have the ability to communicate ideas to our
    developers/engineers. It'simportant that designs are production feasible.
    Skills

    • Proficiency in VisualDesign and its principles (Typography, Composition, Scale, and Color Theoryamongst others etc) and working knowledge of how those principles worktogether.
    • Knowledge of AdobeCreative Suite eg.
    Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate(Flash), AfterEffects, Premier, Adobe
    XD/Invision, and rapid development tools likeArticulate, Captivate and others, etc
    ●Good leadership andcommunication (verbal and written) skills

    • Hands-on VisualDesign/Motion Design/Animation experience Qualification and Experience
    • Design degree (BFA/MFA)or equivalent field.
    • Should have experiencespecifically working in K12 publishing industries and should be acumen with thesubject
    • Diploma/certification inWeb Designing or Multimedia.
    • Experience in theeLearning industry experience or related creative discipline.
