    Position Overview:

    As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, interacting with clients and addressing their needs through effective communication. Your ability to build rapport and provide prompt solutions will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Engage with clients via phone calls and provide accurate information and solutions.

    Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide assistance in a timely manner.

    Maintain a positive attitude and ensure a friendly and professional interaction with clients.

    Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.

    Keep records of client interactions and transactions for future reference.

    Desired Skills & Abilities:

    Strong communication skills in Hindi + English, Kannada + English, or Malayalam + English.

    Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to assist and resolve client concerns.

    Basic proficiency in English to ensure effective communication.

    Shift Timing:

    Work a 9-hour shift between 7 am to 11 pm.

    6 days working with 1 rotational week off.

    Salary & Benefits:

    Total CTC: ₹16,500

    Take-Home Salary: ₹13,243
