    Description

    and Customization:

    • Lead and contribute to the successful implementation of Epicor ERP 10/Kinetic systems.
    • Customize and configure Epicor modules to align with business requirements.

    Technical Support:

    • Provide technical support for Epicor ERP users, addressing and resolving technical issues promptly.
    Collaborate with end-users and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.


    Integration:

    • Design and implement integrations between Epicor ERP and other business systems.
    • Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated platforms.

    Upgrade and Migration:

    • Lead and participate in Epicor ERP version upgrades and migrations.
    • Develop and execute strategies for seamless transitions to new system versions.

    Documentation:

    • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Epicor ERP configurations, customizations, and integrations.
    • Train endusers and support staff on system functionalities and best practices.

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay informed about the latest updates and advancements in Epicor ERP technology.
    • Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of handson experience as an Epicor Technical Consultant.
    • Indepth knowledge of Epicor ERP 10/Kinetic systems and modules.
    • Epicor certification (preferred).
    • Strong understanding of Epicor customization tools and technologies.
    • Proven experience in system implementation, upgrades, and migrations.
    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
