Responsibilities of PCB Design Engineer

  • Designing and developing Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) that meet design for manufacture.
  • Use CAD in preparing PCB assembly and schematic.
  • Design PCB layouts to develop highspeed and reliable circuits.
  • Utilize PCB design tools, maintain and evaluate new tools, and train team members to use tools.
  • Analyse and resolve design related issues in a timely manner.
  • Work with project team in understanding circuit requirements and limitations.
  • Provide support to PCB engineering, manufacturing and packaging teams when required.
  • Review and recommend improvements to existing designs.
  • Follow departmental policies and safety regulations.

Qualification & Experience:
B.E/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/E&TC with 1-2 years of experience working as PCB Designer.


Skills Required:


  • Hands on Experience in PCB designing, PCB review, Circuit simulation.
  • Understanding Analog/Digital/Power Conversion Circuits.
  • Experience with constraintsdriven PCB layout methodology
  • Program master timeline and its relation to engineering deliverables.
  • Easily manages and understands existing architectures and designs.
  • Understanding PCB fabrication process and material characteristics.
  • Perform or support internal/external simulations like SI, PI together with the hardware engineer.
  • Experienced with schematic capture tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, Cadence Concept, or Mentor, etc.
  • Detail oriented problemsolver. Ability to multitask.
  • Selfconfident/empowered to deliver on a daily basis.

Salary:
₹220, ₹350,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
