    As a Business Analys you'll be responsible for management of relationships with internal and external stakeholders Providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization to implement digital sustainable initiatives. Developing a comperhensive understanding of the organization's products, services, and their impact on the circularity.

    What you'll do

    • Analyzes requirements delivered by business – in this case the sustainability team
    • Translates requirements into a process flow for data provisioning (data collection and processing)
    • Prepares and grooms user stories. Details out the requirements to sprint ready work package size
    • Clarifies towards developer(s) the intent of the solution they are building in terminology the developers understand
    • Engaging with technical solution providers/ suppliers and act as an interface between them and internal business & IT teams

    Your qualifications

    • Experience with Environmental, Social, Governance domain / reporting . Affinity with sustainability and reporting.
    • Strong understanding of digital sustainability principles and best practices, as well as experience in SaaS software, user experience design.
    • Outstanding analytical skills.
    • High interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps.
    • Preferred: Sustainability background.
