    Position title: Sr. Associate Business Manager- South India

    Reporting to: Manager - Business Development & Marketing

    Business Line: Health Care

    Entity: Evonik India

    Work Location: Hyderabad (Home Office)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Product Lines for sales and account management - Oral excipients, Partenteral excipients, Biotechnology additives, Amino Acids, Nutraceuticals, API manufacturing services, Parenteral manufacturing services, etc.
    • Drive sales and account management in South India for BL Health Care products
    • Develop local strategies and work with existing and potential customers
    • Generate market and competitive information
    • Manage assigned accounts
    • Provide data input for market and account management
    • Control sales process elements
    • Increase BL Health Care sales and market share by developing strategies
    • Negotiate contract terms and conditions
    • Recover accounts receivables and handle customer complaints
    • Analyze market development, competitors' activities, and propose improvements
    • Organize promotional activities to promote Health Care portfolio
    • Develop Type B & C accounts and convert them to A type accounts

    Education, Certification, and experience:

    • Graduate in any discipline with sales experience in Pharma industry
    • MBA is an advantage

      • Additional skills and abilities:

    • Sales, account management, strategy creation, and implementation

      • Technical Knowledge:

    • 2-4 years' sales experience in Pharma raw materials industry
    • Pharma Excipient background preferred

      • Others:

    • Good communication skills, stakeholder management
    • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email writing skills
