Position:
Assistant Manager-IT [Hardware & Infrastructure]


-This role is a combination of Physical & Digital marketing.


-Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across all platforms to ensure that our products and services meet customer's expectations and to build the credibility of the brand.


-Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.

-Brand strategy, including the following of brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.

-Communicate with industry professionals social media & Physical meets to create a strong network

-Develop, Implement and manage our social media strategy.

-Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer relations programs.

-Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots, etc.


Require Key skills:


  • Should be comfortable for going out to understand the market and customers
  • Good knowledge of Customer behavior / customer expectation
  • Min 36 years of social media management experience.
  • Knowledge of latest social media practices and technologies
  • Good comm skills, ability to coordinate and manage influencers
  • Creative and out of box thinker with passion for Marketing

Knowledge of Tools:


  • Canava
  • All social media marketing platforms
  • Video editing tools
  • Basic knowledge of SEO
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player who is flexible and approachable with fellow team members
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and efficient resource with spirit of accountability & responsibility

Salary:
₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
