    • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships with clients
    • Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer support processes and service quality
    • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department
    • Assisting in customer retention activities and upselling products and services
