    We are hiring for RPA Developer for our Client.


    Loation :
    Hyderabad

    Experience : 5 + years


    Role :
    RPA Developer


    Notice Period :
    Immediate to 15 days

    Key Responsibilities :


    • Lead the design and development of RPA solutions using leading RPA platforms such as UiPath
    • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
    • Develop and configure RPA bots to automate repetitive tasks, data entry, data validation, and other manual processes.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including business analysts, subject matter experts, and IT professionals, to gather requirements and implement RPA solutions that align with business objectives.
    • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, review code, and enforce best practices for RPA development.
    • Continuously monitor and optimize RPA solutions to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
    • Stay current with RPA industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and improve processes.
    Qualifications :


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with expertise in leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
    • Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python, with experience in scripting and automation.
    • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex RPA solutions that deliver measurable business value.
    • Solid understanding of business processes, workflow automation, and process optimization concepts.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    Preferred Qualifications :


    • RPA certification(s) such as UiPath Certified RPA Developer or Automation
    • Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional.
    • Experience with other automation technologies such as OCR (optical character recognition) or machine learning.
    • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.
    • Experience with process mining tools such as Celonis or UiPath Process Mining.
