    Description

    Position Title: Senior Marketing Manager

    Experience Level: 10-15 Years

    Location: Noida

    Must-Have Skills: Marketing Planning || Content Strategy || SEO || Email Marketing || LinkedIn || Marketing Budgeting || Brand Development || Account-based Marketing

    Objective of the Role

    Build Damco offerings marketing strategy, execute the marketing plan with objective of brand establishment, and demand generation

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Develop and run marketing plan for various Damco Offerings. Owns opportunity generation targets
    • Collaborate with Offering Heads/SMEs to build the marketing strategy and go to market themes
    • Own the strategy and development of marketing collaterals for lead generation and nurturing
    • Ensure Damco's Visibility and Awareness in the right market
    • Plan, execute, and analyze the demand acquisition strategy to meet revenue goals including a mix of marketing tactics (SEM, SEO, content marketing, LinkedIn, retargeting, etc.)
    • Manage Damco's website and microsite for performance, visibility, and conversions.
    • Recommend and implement approaches to website architecture, UI/UX, content, linking, and other factors to improve organic visibility
    • Gather and draw insights from data/user behavior that can help define areas for improvement and optimization
    • Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and tech teams to develop and manage A/B test optimizations, website projects, and other SEO initiatives
    • Work with content teams to guide the strategy to impact visibility of content.
    • Manage B2B reviews and listings sites like Clutch, G2, and Gartner Peer Insights etc.
    • Should have experience of running Google Ads for technology services.
    • Own and Improve conversions on organic marketing channels
    • Responsible for mentoring, coaching, and advocating for team. Work with Subject Market Experts, Content, Design and Tech Teams

    Qualification and Experience

    • MBA (with Marketing/Communication specialization) or an equivalent degree.
    • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in B2B Demand Generation.
    • Must have experience in marketing budget management and ROI generation.
    • Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
