Key Responsibilities:

Supervise interior design projects from initial planning stages to final execution.
Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements and expectations.
Develop project timelines and schedules, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve any design issues, and ensure compliance with design plans and specifications.
Manage and coordinate the work of interior design teams and subcontractors.
Review and approve materials, finishes, and furnishings to ensure quality and adherence to design standards.
Provide guidance and support to junior interior designers and project team members.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and furnishings within project budget and timeline constraints.
Maintain thorough documentation of project progress, including reports, drawings, and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the course of a project in a timely and professional manner.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in interior design.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Interior Designing or related field.
Proven experience as an Interior Supervisor or similar role, with a minimum of 35 years in the interior design industry.
Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality design solutions.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to interior design.
Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
