    Description

    Position: Sales Executive

    Location: Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR

    Company: Softberry Technology Private Limited

    About Us: We are the suppliers of printing & branding products (eg- Brochure, Pamphlets, Signage, Standees, Canopy and many more) to the corporate across the country.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients within the target market. Use various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media to generate leads.
    2. Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and value proposition of the company's offerings. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
    3. Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets. Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
    4. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure deals. Close sales and achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
    5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
    6. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and to position the company's offerings effectively.
    7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities for success.
    8. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and challenges. Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of [specify number] years of experience.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
