    Job Description :
    We are seeking a highly skilled Cortex XSOAR Senior Consultant with 4-8 years of experience to join our team.


    As a Cortex XSOAR Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their Incident Response efforts by leveraging Cortex XSOAR for Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response.

    You will be responsible for understanding the customer's business requirements, analyzing the threat landscape relevant to their industry vertical, and leading the technical implementation and operations of Cortex XSOAR in their environment.


    Responsibilities :

    • Assist customers with their Incident Response efforts by leveraging Cortex XSOAR for Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response.
    • Learn and understand the customer's business requirements and the threat landscape most applicable to their industry's vertical sector.
    • Lead Cortex XSOAR technical implementation and operations in a customer environment.
    • Interact with Security and IT technologies relevant to the customer's environment.
    • Communicate effectively in crisis situations with all levels of an organization, from Engineering/Operations to CIO/CISO audiences.
    • Create documentation for Palo Alto Networks Cortex XSOAR playbooks.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 48 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platforms, preferably Cortex XSOAR.
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including incident response, threat intelligence, and security operations.
    • Experience leading technical implementations and operations of Cortex XSOAR in enterprise environments.
    • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
    • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to thrive in fastpaced environments.
    • Relevant certifications such as Palo Alto Networks Certified Cortex XSOAR Engineer (PCCE) or similar certifications are a plus.
